Happy Thanksgiving!
On the way home we stopped by Aunt Wendy's house to say hi to all the Jackson's. In this picture, Isaac is playing with his double second cousins (???) Nathan and Caroline. Caroline played so nicely with Isaac, making sure he knew where all the toys were, and that he had some of the yummy chocolate covered pretzels. Who knew that a 2 year old could be so hospitable?
Happy Thanksgiving!
We headed to Grandpa and Grandma Patton's house for Thanksgiving dinner. My (Lindy) parents, two sisters, and my brother Chris and his family were all able to be there. The meal was wonderful, and Isaac really enjoyed spending time with his cousins, aunts, uncle, and grandparents! Isaac also enjoyed playing with all of the toys that are at Grandma and Grandpa's house, including the doll you see in the picture. Isaac was so caring with this doll, changing the diaper , and feeding the baby doll a bottle. I thought it was so sweet, but Keith was slightly embarrassed.
Abigail with her Auntie Mia. (Its not Mia's fault Abby is crying . . . she was hungry and tired (Abigail, not Mia) ) There is no doubt in my mind that Abigail is going to love spending time with her two auntie's, just like her brother Isaac does. The girls are so great with all their nieces and nephews!
The whole fam. (minus Dad/ Grandpa who was taking the picture, and Curtis' family)
Happy Thanksgiving!
After our "Turkey Bowl", each of us made our own "turkey."
Isaac colored his own turkey, then helped Daddy, Mommy, and Abigail.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving morning we had our first annual "Turkey Bowl"! Tackle, of course. Isaac thought it was fun to tackle Mommy, which is not normally allowed : )
Touchdown!!!
All of the football players, this year. Next year we hope that Abigail will join us. Hopefully she'll be walking.

Four Months Old!
Today Abigail is officially four months old! We took her for her check-up today, and she is doing great! She is in the 70th percentile for head circumference, 75th percentile for length, and 75th percentile for weight (15lbs.). I wanted to post four month pics, but she is very sleepy from her shots, so I will try to get some later.

Brother and Sister
I love watching these two interact! Isaac really loves his sister . . . holding her, playing with her, comforting her. The other morning Abigail was fussy, and Isaac said "give Abby to me, I will make her happy." Abby seems to really enjoy watching her brother run around and play . . . she smiles just watching him. I am so grateful to God for giving Isaac a sibling to grow up with, and that I get to be their mom!
This picture cracks me up . . . both of the kids glued to the TV.

Play time!
It is hard to believe, but Abigail can now "play" in her exersaucer. She reaches for all of the toys and trys to put them in her mouth. Isaac likes to show his sister how to play with all the toys on the exersaucer. They are so cute together!
Tummy time! Abigail loves to hang out on her tummy. She will stay in this position for a really long time before she gets fussy . . . so much different than Isaac who hated being on his tummy for even 5 seconds.

Filasky's
Saturday we visited Filasky's Farm. Isaac had fun playing on the mini tractors, climbing on the moon bounce slide, running through the soy bean maze, and . . .
jumping off the hay bales into a big pile of hay!

Trick or Treating . . . cont.
Although tentative at first, Isaac quickly grasped the concept of trick or treating. After the second house, he began saying "let's go to nuther house, let's do it again!"
About halfway through our neighborhood, Isaac began to have a difficult time walking. I (Lindy) became concerned that maybe he sprained or twisted his ankle somehow. Keith took off his shoe and found nothing wrong, but Isaac continued to struggle. We finally concluded that it was the weight of the bucket that was hindering him! He had so much candy that he could no longer carry his bucket without struggling. We offered to carry it for him, but Isaac refused. Maybe he was concerned, and rightly so, that we would take some of his candy : )
Trick or Treating
My little bumble bee, and my little "fire mayne".
Abigail is getting so big! When I first saw the costume I thought that it would be way too big for her . . . it fit perfectly. Thanks, Maura, for lending us the costume!
